EXECUTIVE PHYSICAL

Get an in-depth health assessment that goes beyond a basic physical to give you an understanding of your health and how to achieve your wellness goals.

Your assessment includes:

Full-body MRI

Comprehensive imaging of multiple regions of the body to identify potential areas of concern for further evaluation and diagnosis, without exposing the body to ionizing radiation.

Galleri® multi-cancer screening

Innovative blood-based cancer screening and analysis that detects signal indicators of multiple cancer types, as an adjunct to standard cancer screening.

Comprehensive Lab testing

An extensive range of advanced specialty and diagnostic lab tests to evaluate key biomarkers, organ function, and underlying risks.

Cardiovascular assessment

An evaluation of your cardiovascular health and risk factors, with an EKG to measure and evaluate heart function and rhythm.

Glucose monitoring

An analysis of glucose metabolism and how your body processes sugar in relation to food and physical activity.

VO₂ max testing

Measures maximal aerobic capacity, or the amount of oxygen the body can use per minute, to evaluate overall cardiovascular conditioning and determine fitness goals.

Resting metabolic rate testing

Measures the number of calories the body uses at rest to determine nutritional and metabolic needs.

Comprehensive consultation, physical examination, and follow up

An extensive review and discussion of your personal health, wellness needs, and assessment results, including a physical exam and care plan.

Dr. Nourmand will review your results and create a personal care plan.

We suggest you combine your assessment with concierge membership for year-round executive health support.

Testing is customized to you. While extensive testing can detect disease at earlier stages, it is not a substitute for appropriate screening and diagnostic testing if abnormal results are found. Testing of this nature has not been shown to reduce mortality risk in average-risk adults. Full-body MRI screening is not proven to help identify disease processes in healthy, average-risk adults and should not be used as a substitute for standard cancer screening.
