With HONOUR's annual concierge membership you have Dr. Nourmand's personal phone number and can call and message directly when questions and concerns arise. It is a relationship where you know whom to contact and have a physician who knows you.
Whether you are facing a new diagnosis, considering treatment options, or trying to understand the best approach for a specialist's recommendation, Dr. Nourmand will help you navigate through the options and make the next steps. For both day-to-day care and bigger decisions, you have someone who can explain, coordinate, and follow up.
Care that stays connected
Your care encompasses both preventative visits, management of chronic conditions, medication reviews, assessment of new concerns, and coordination of care with specialists. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional wellbeing are all part of discussion.
As your needs evolve, so will your care. We review your goals and together with results, will help keep your care organized and on track across your visits and different providers.
Get started with the care you need
Membership is available on its own. You do not need an Executive Physical to join. For those seeking a more extensive initial assessment, the two services can be combined to bring advanced evaluation and ongoing personal care together.
Communication and response arrangements are reviewed at enrollment. Direct access is not an emergency service; call 911 for a medical emergency. Membership does not replace health insurance.
Investment: $200/month (Minimum 6 Months Commitment)
